99.65% Antimony Ingot
Our industrial-grade antimony ingot — refined to a minimum of 99.65% Sb content, engineered for high-volume applications where robust performance and competitive pricing are the priority. The preferred grade for lead-acid battery grid production, antimonial lead alloy hardening, and conventional ammunition manufacturing.

Where Sb99.65% Is Used
Lead-Acid Battery Grids
The largest single application for industrial-grade antimony. Antimony is alloyed with lead at 1–6% concentrations to harden battery electrode grids, reduce corrosion at operating temperatures, and significantly extend cycle life. Sb99.65% is the standard procurement grade for automotive, forklift, and stationary industrial battery manufacturers worldwide.
Antimonial Lead Alloys
Pure lead is too soft and creep-prone for many structural applications. Adding antimony produces harder, stronger, and more dimensionally stable alloys. Sb99.65% is the workhorse feedstock for antimonial lead production across a wide range of casting and forming operations.
Ammunition & Projectiles
One of the oldest established applications for antimony. Antimonial lead alloys — typically 2–8% Sb — are used to harden bullets, shotgun pellets, and projectile cores, improving hardness, penetration consistency, and dimensional stability during high-velocity firing.
Cable Sheathing
Antimonial lead sheathing produced from Sb99.65% is used to protect underground power cables, telecommunications lines, and marine cables against mechanical damage, moisture ingress, and long-term soil corrosion.
Industrial Bearings & Babbitt Metal
Babbitt and white metal bearing alloys — used in turbines, compressors, pumps, and heavy industrial machinery — rely on antimony as a critical hardening and anti-friction agent. Sb99.65% provides the consistent composition needed for repeatable bearing performance under load.
General Industrial Applications
A broadly applicable grade for pipe fittings, tank linings, plumbing components, and other corrosion-resistant lead-antimony structures used in chemical processing, water treatment, and general manufacturing environments where ultra-high purity is not a specification requirement.
